Here’s a little “Monday Motivation” for ya! This is from Tony Horton who does P90X. He gives us some great tips on staying motivated with our fitness goals. I will just add one thing. If you don’t workout to any videos then substitute “push play” for “put on your workout clothes”. That’s it. Sit back and get ready to be pumped up.
