A Kick In The Pants For The Ol’ Bloggy

As most of you know, things have been a little crazy and unstable for me right now. But that’s ok. I actually really like it when things get shakin up a bit. I love change.

One thing I have learned is that it’s more important to keep up with my fitness routine during times of stress. I don’t know about you guys but working out is the best way for me to “de-stress”.

I also realized that one way to help me stay on track and to feel happier is to help others with their fitness goals. I have found an incredible amount of joy, energy, and confidence in working out on a daily basis. My mission is to help as many women as possible feel the same.

I want to do a better a job with my mission. So I’m putting YourKickInThePants on a schedule so everyone will have some consistency and know what to expect. Here is the schedule:

Monday- Will be “Motivational Monday”. You guessed it, I will be posting some sort of crazy motivation to help you start your week off right.

Wednesday- Will be “Workout Wednesday”. On Wednesday I will post a great workout I’ve found on the wonderful worldwide web or something of my own that I like to do.

Friday- Will be “Fun Friday”. On this day, I get to do whatever crazy thing I want. It will be different every week but I guarantee it will be fantastically fun.

Last week was the first week of our new schedule and I thought it went fabulous. If you want you can explore the blog to see what you missed.
