Motivation Monday!
I know it can be hard sometimes to get yourself back on track after an exhausting weekend. So don’t overwhelm yourself with thinking you have to do some crazy workout (unless you really want to). Just do something fun with your kids today that you can also work up a sweat with. You could play tag, have a dance party, or do something we like to call “the family run”.
